Is that the Aurora Borealis????

Aurora Borealis occurs when there is a coalition between gas particles in the Earth's atmosphere and electrical particles reflected by the sun. The colors of the visible light are due to the type/type of colliding gas particles. The light yellowish green color, which is the color that often and most commonly appears, is produced by oxygen molecules located about 97 km (60 miles) from the earth. Meanwhile, other colors that rarely appear, such as red, are produced by oxygen molecules from a height of 322 km (200 miles). Meanwhile, nitrogen produces a blue or red to purple color.

Scientifically, the process of creating Aurora rays can be explained as follows:

The temperature in the outer layer of the sun is around thousands of degrees Celsius. At temperatures this hot, collisions between gas molecules often occur and cause explosions. The electrons freed by the impact are thrown from the sun's atmosphere when the sun rotates. These electrons come out of the holes in the sun's magnetic field. Then it is blown by the solar wind to earth. These electrically charged particles are deflected by the earth's magnetic field. At the north and south poles, the strength of the earth's force field is very weak, because electrically charged particles are reflected by breaking into the earth's atmosphere and colliding with earth's gas particles. This collision produces light that dances in the sky above the north and south poles.

The light from the Aurora is located at a distance of 80 km (50 miles) to  640 km (400 miles) from the earth's surface.

Aurora can be seen in the northern (Northern Lights/Aurora Borealis) and southern (Southern Lights/Aurora Australis) parts of the Earth, centered on the magnetic poles with an irregular oval shape.
