The Financial Services Authority today issued a Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority regarding the determination of Sharia Securities, namely Decree Number: KEP-30/D.04/2022 concerning the Determination of Shares of PT Oscar Mitra Sukses Sejahtera Tbk as Sharia Securities.
the issuance of the Decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority, then the Securities are included in the Sharia Securities List as stated in the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number KEP-62/D.04/2021 dated 23 November 2021 concerning the List of Sharia Securities.
The issuance of this decision is a follow-up to the results of the Financial Services Authority's review of the fulfillment of Sharia Securities criteria for the Registration Statement submitted by PT Oscar Mitra Sukses Sejahtera Tbk.
The data sources used as study material come from the Registration Statement document and other supporting data in the form of written data obtained from the Issuer or from other trustworthy parties.
Periodically, the Financial Services Authority reviews the Sharia Securities List based on the Semi-Annual Financial Reports and Annual Financial Reports of Issuers or Public Companies. A review of the Sharia Securities Register is also carried out if there is an Issuer or Public Company whose Registration Statement has become effective and meets the Sharia Securities criteria or if there are corporate actions, information or facts from the Issuer or Public Company which may cause the Sharia Securities criteria to be met or not fulfilled.
