PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

CAREFULLY BEFORE RENTING FURNITURE AND USING OLIV Rental Division SERVICES / GOODS You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) in connection with https://www.oscarliving.co.id. These Terms of Use constitute the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Website, content, products or services provided by or through the Website. These Terms of Use may be changed from time to time by us without specific notice to you. The most current Terms of Use will be posted on the Website, and you should review these Terms of Use before using the Website on each occasion.LIMITATION

• OLIV Rental Division has the right to carry out and send goods according to product availability (Consumers will get confirmation from our Customer Service) both in terms of color and in terms of shapes that are similar in function. 
• The OLIV Rental Division rental duration is not 24 hours, but per day / date where each date starts from 01.00-24.00 WIB.
• The time for picking up furniture can be done according to the OLIV rental division Warehouse Operational hours, namely PK hours 09.00 - 17.00 WIB. For pickups outside operational hours, consumers can confirm with our customer service at https://www.oscarliving.co.id/pages/hubungi-kami-sekarang

RENT RENT

The Renter agrees to rent the Furniture for the Rental Period starting on the Rental Start Date Recorded on the websitehttps://www.oscarliving.co.id/pages/sewa-furniture-furniture-rental. After the Rental Period ends, and the Renter returns the Furniture to the OLIV Rental Division.

DELIVERY & PICKUP OF GOODS

Renters are allowed to pick up the goods to be rented themselves at the warehouse appointed by the OLIV Rental Division after making payment on our website. All prices are listed on the website. https://www.oscarliving.co.id/pages/sewa-furniture-furniture-rental is the rental price for Franco Warehouse OLIV Rental Division.

OLIV Rental Division charges Renters a delivery and pick-up fee of IDR 150,000 per delivery or pick-up in the Jabodetabek area.

Photo

The Renter gives the OLIV Rental Division the right to take photographs of the furniture when it is installed at the location as mutually agreed proof that the goods have been well received by the Renter and use the photos on our website and social media as a promotional tool if necessary.

Deposit 

Renters are required to pay a deposit in the amount stated on the website pagehttps://www.oscarliving.co.id/pages/sewa-furniture-furniture-rental, the deposit will be returned when the rental period ends and/or the rental items have been returned and received at the OLIV Rental Division Warehouse.

OLIV Rental Division has the right not to return the deposit money and/or deduct the renter's deposit if there are indications of violations, or damage, modifications in shape or color to the furniture belonging to the OLIV Rental Division caused by the renter ** See Fee Table 

COSTS THAT MAY INCUR 

LATE FEES

The renter must pay a late fee of 5% if the owner agrees to accept payment if the contract is five (5) days or more past due. 

Additional cost

• Additional shipping charges will be charged for any additions, exchanges, or replacements made to the Furniture after initial delivery.
• A waiting fee of IDR 200,000 will be charged if the OLIV Rental Division Crew has to wait more than 30 minutes to gain access to the location for delivery or pick-up. OLIV Rental Division will not wait more than 30 minutes.
• An access denial fee of IDR 1,500,000 will be charged if the OLIV Rental Division is denied access to the location for any reason in connection with the loading and unloading or installation activities to be carried out. The renter will also be responsible for any damage to your rental property. Damage beyond normal use may include but is not limited to, stains, pet dander, burns, rips/tears, etc. The customer agrees to pay for any damage, loss or theft (disappearance) of goods, whatever the cause or fault. Goods that are damaged and cannot be repaired will be paid for at the New Price.
