The Financial Services Authority today issued a Decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority regarding the determination of Sharia Securities, namely Decision Number: KEP-30/D.04/2022 on the Determination of Shares of PT Oscar Mitra Sukses Sejahtera Tbk as Sharia Securities.

"The issuance of the Decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority means that the Securities are included in the List of Sharia Securities as per the Decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number KEP-62/D.04/2021 dated November 23, 2021 regarding the List of Sharia Securities."

The issuance of this decision is a follow-up to the results of the Financial Services Authority's review of the compliance with the criteria for Sharia Securities on the Registration Statement submitted by PT Oscar Mitra Sukses Sejahtera Tbk.

The data source used for the review comes from the Registration Statement documents as well as other supporting data in the form of written data obtained from the Issuer and from other trustworthy parties.

Periodically, the Financial Services Authority conducts a review of the Sharia Securities List based on the Semi-Annual Financial Statements and Annual Financial Statements of the Issuer or Public Company. The review of the Sharia Securities List is also conducted if there are Issuers or Public Companies whose Registration Statements have become effective and meet the criteria for Sharia Securities or if there are corporate actions, information, or facts from the Issuer or Public Company that may cause the criteria for Sharia Securities to be met or not met.
