At Oscar Living, you can return the product you purchased if the product we sell does not meet your expectations; you can do this without needing to provide a reason to us. 

Product Return Procedure: 

• Consumers can request a refund and have 30 days from the purchase date (Invoice date) to return our product to us without any reason by bringing the original invoice from Oscar Living.

• Ensure the item is in its original condition, with original packaging, original labels, and price tags attached. Returned items must be like new, without defects or dirt, and still packed as new; not only the product but the packaging must be in good condition like new, with product labels and barcodes like new. Note: All products purchased from Oscar Living have an identification barcode, and we cannot accept returns without Oscar Living barcode identification. Oscar Living reserves the right to refuse product returns if the product is deemed not to meet the requirements.

• Return the product you purchased to the showroom where you made the transaction independently, or consumers can also return the product through a third-party courier and are fully responsible for any costs that may arise in returning the product as well as fully responsible for the condition of the goods during the return journey to us. • A final inspection will be conducted to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your return.

• Returns that do not meet the policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. If you refuse to pay the return shipping cost, we will give a 30-day deadline and then dispose of the product.

• You can also exchange products and it can only be done with replacement products of the same or higher price. We do not refund the difference if you choose an exchange item with a lower price

• The refunded amount is 100% after deducting Value Added Tax which in 2024 is 11%, which is the state's right.

• Refunds will be made within 14 working days and will be done via transfer to the consumer's BCA account. If you use another bank account, a transfer fee of IDR 6,500 will be charged. Refunds will be processed to the account with the name matching the buyer's name in our database and cannot be transferred to anyone else. 

• PT Oscar Mitra Sukses Sejahtera reserves the right to make the final decision on product returns/exchanges.

The 30-day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to the products in the following notes. 

• All mattress products and bedding accessories such as pillows, bolsters, mattress protectors, mattress covers, mattress toppers, sheets, blankets, and others included in the bedding category. - This is due to hygiene concerns on mattress products and they are considered intimate products.
• All Special / Custom order products including but not limited to special color orders, mixed colors, special sizes, or special materials. 
• All products that may be damaged during transit handled by Third Party Couriers. - you can file a Claim with your shipping Insurance.
• All Products related to lunch boxes, food containers, drink holders, glasses, and so on that are personal necessity products and concern product hygiene. 
• All Discounted Products cannot be returned. 
• All Products that are more than 30 days from the Invoice or Purchase Invoice date
